The project

The project consists of 15 stone villas, each with private swimming pool included in a garden of 500 sq.m located in an idyllic village of Apokoronas.  Each villa will be built in the traditional Cretan style by our master stone mason. 

The location

Paleloni is a traditional and quiet Cretan village in the higher reaches of Apokoronas at about 300 m. altitude and offers panoramic views of Lefka Hori – the White Mountains. Vamos, the area administrative centre and its health center, banks, shops, tavernas and kafeneons are only ten minutes drive.

Kalives, on the coast, is about twenty minutes drive and offers day-to-day shopping opportunities, tavernas, cafes, supermarkets, post office as well as  a large sandy beach.

Size and description

Each villa of 100sq.m. will be built in the traditional Cretan style by our master stonemason. The ceilings shall be wood beams and terra cotta tiles shall be used throughout the villa. Archways shall also be featured within. Central heating throughout. A landscaped private pool area on a plot of 500sq.m. Terraced areas with pergolas.

First Floor

Fitted kitchen, living/dining area with traditional stone fireplace leading out to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. One bedroom with half bath.

Second Floor

Two-full bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom with balcony. Full bath.

Distances

Fifteen minutes to Almyrida beach.
Ten minutes to the swimming cove of Ombrogialos. 
Thirty-five minutes to Chania town and fifty to Chania airport.

Spectacular views of the White Mountains and surrounding countryside.
