The village

Frangokastelo is a large, well organized village along the coastline in the Southern part of the Chania prefecture. Known for its historic Venetian castle, the town is only few minutes drive to Hora Sfakion and its strategic harbour from where all relevant ferry connections depart to connect the entire Southern West coastline of Crete. Frangokastelo is chosen for its crystal clear waters, large sandy beaches and coves, its relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, unspoiled natural scenary and landscape.

Estate location                

The estate of about four acres is located 50 meters from a beautiful secluded beach with shallow and crystal clear waters where bathing and swimming is comfortable until late autumn. The estate enjoys spectacular, uninterrupted views of the sea, mountains and surrounding unspoiled landscape. Well connected to the main road, the estate is only minutes drive to the town centre and its shopping opportunities, cafeneons and tavernas.

 


The project

The project is for three de-luxe stone villas with landscaped gardens. Each villa will have a size of 80 sqm. The ground floor will host kitchen and living area and half bath. The first floor will be composed of two spacious bedrooms, full bath and wide terraces with views over the sea, the mountains and the surrounding countryside..

The villas will be built by our stone mason: the quality of construction and materials used allow them to be desirable holiday and residential villas alike.

To ensure a distinctive character for each villa, off-plan buyers have the possibility to intervene with personal choices regarding materials and lay-out of spaces.

Ten minutes to Hora Sfakion and its harbour.
Forty minutes to Chania town and fifty to Chania airport.
